You’ll also provide insights into your challenges, wins, and any changes you’ve noticed.After reviewing your check-in, I’ll send over feedback for the week, offering specific advice on how to improve, refine your approach, or adjust your plan if necessary. We’ll keep tweaking your program to ensure you’re always moving forward!​

 

4. Ongoing Support via WhatsApp

You’ll have direct access to me via WhatsApp, so you can reach out whenever you need extra support, have questions, or need motivation. Whether you need guidance on an exercise, have a quick nutrition question, or just want to share a win, I’m here for you.You can also send me training videos if you’re unsure about your form, and I’ll review them to help you improve.
