Pre/ Postnatal Coaching

As a new mum to my baby girl, Aréya, I know firsthand how much your body changes during pregnancy and the postpartum period. While adjusting to sleepless nights, new routines, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with motherhood, finding time to prioritize your health can feel impossible. But it’s also one of the most important things you can do—for yourself and your baby.

My personal experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery has given me a deeper understanding of the physical challenges you may face, whether it’s dealing with back pain, pelvic floor issues, or finding the balance between your new responsibilities and your fitness goals. I also know how beneficial it is to have a coach who understands these struggles and who can help guide you safely through this beautiful, but often difficult, stage of life.

What Does it Include?

My Pre/Postnatal Online Coaching program is designed to provide you with the support, guidance, and expertise you need during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Safe, Customized Workouts

Pregnancy and postpartum recovery require a specialized approach to exercise. I’ll create personalized workout plans that take your current fitness level, goals, and any physical limitations into account. Whether you're still pregnant or have recently given birth, the workouts will be safe, effective, and focused on strengthening the body in the areas that need it most.

For prenatal clients, we’ll focus on:

  • Strengthening the core, pelvic floor, and glutes: These areas support your growing belly and prepare your body for labor.

  • Postural exercises to alleviate back pain and improve balance as your body changes.

  • Low-impact cardio to keep you active without overexerting yourself.

For postpartum clients, we’ll focus on:

  • Rebuilding core strength and healing diastasis recti (separation of abdominal muscles).

  • Pelvic floor recovery to prevent issues like incontinence or prolapse.

  • Strength training to help you feel strong and confident as you return to a new routine.​

2. Nutrition Guidance

Whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, or recovering from childbirth, your body has unique nutritional needs. I’ll provide you with personalized nutrition advice to help support your energy levels, recovery, and overall well-being. You’ll get:

  • Meal plans and recipes designed to nourish both you and your baby.

  • Tips on balancing your calories, protein intake, and micronutrients to support your health goals and any breastfeeding needs.

  • Guidance on healthy weight management in the postpartum period.

3. Mindset Support & Emotional Well-being

Motherhood is as much a mental and emotional journey as it is a physical one. Throughout your pre/postnatal coaching experience, we’ll focus on mental health and emotional well-being to ensure that you feel supported, confident, and positive throughout the process. Whether you’re adjusting to a new body or dealing with the challenges of postpartum emotions, I’ll help you develop a mindset that supports your overall health goals.

4. Ongoing Support & Check-ins

One of the biggest advantages of online coaching is the ability to work together at your own pace and on your own schedule, but you’ll never be alone on this journey. We’ll have weekly check-ins where you’ll update your progress, share how you’re feeling, and let me know if there are any adjustments we need to make. I’ll provide feedback, motivation, and support based on your updates, so you can continue making progress without feeling overwhelmed.

You’ll also have access to me via WhatsApp for any questions, concerns, or advice between check-ins. Whether you need form corrections, nutrition advice, or just a little encouragement, I’m here for you.

5. Accountability & Motivation

I know how tough it can be to find motivation as a new mum. That’s why I’m here to keep you accountable and inspired, so you stay on track with your fitness goals. We’ll set realistic milestones, celebrate your progress, and adjust your plan as needed to keep you moving forward.
