What to expect from our call?
Firstly thank-you for getting in touch and secondly, well done for making the first move to making a positive change for a better, happier and healthier life.
If you’re on this page then you will have booked a call in with me in the near future and probably wondering what the call entails.
The call last no longer the 20-30mins and it will be a very informal chat of me finding out more about you, putting a face to a name and to hopefully see if were a good match.
What I expect from you?
Usually the call goes like this; You will tell me where you are currently, what you have tried and struggled with in the past and the main issues which are preventing you getting to where you want to be.
This is your chance to ask me anything you're unsure of so please come with any questions you may have regarding online coaching.
Please ensure you are in a quiet room, with no distractions. This call is important so please treat it so.

If, by the end of the call it is decided that we would work well together i will run through what happens next and we can get straight into putting the plan in action . If you decide online coaching isn’t for you, then not a problem and it was lovely to meet you and have a chat anyway.

Q: How soon will i get results?
A: That depends on the effort you put in, but people usually see progress within the first few weeks.
Q: Will I need to diet?
A: Together we shall work out how to tailor your meals to suit your life, depending on the goal will depend on our approach.
Q: What equipment do I need?
A: Whatever equipment you have/ have access to we can work with.
Q: Is it expensive?
A: Again this is only a question you can answer, It comes down to a matter of priorities. Can you invest £6/7 per week to achieve your goals?
